Hello Dance Family:

We would like to inform you that our front desk secretary tested positive for COVID.  She worked Thursday evening and was in contact with some parents in the front lobby. She began running a low fever this morning and went to be tested. She had a mask on and is good about sanitizing her area, but was in the building when she was contagious. We also had an instructor with a positive test result but she has not been in the building since the beginning of the week.

We felt it was important to notify each of you so each parent could make the decision on whether or not their child attend classes for the next 10 days.

We will sanitize this weekend and remain open for classes as scheduled.

We still plan on holding costume week Nov. 16-21 and are encouraging parents to wear a mask.  During costume week, parents will measure their student for their recital costumes during the first part of class and students will dance for the remainder of their class.  Parents are invited to stay and observe the second half of class.  If you would prefer not to come in for costume week, you will still be able to order your costumes after Thanksgiving.

We are aware that the common cold and the flu are also going around and that these illnesses have similar symptoms to COVID.  We ask that if your dancer is showing any signs of illness they please stay home.

We are praying for our staff, dancers, and our families.
